Job Summary
We are an Italian sandwich shop, our main speciality is creating fresh sandwiches in front of our customers.
We are looking for two full-time employee to join our Italian deli / Sandwich bar in Richmond. Previous experience in deli, hospitality or food industry is required.
The duties include Making sandwiches, Taking orders, Customer service and Kitchen prep.
Training will be provided on site.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and assembling a variety of sandwiches in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high standards of food quality.

Duties
-Prepare a variety of sandwiches according to established recipes and customer specifications.
-Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, used in accordance with food health and safety standards and with business management guidelines.
-Maintaining clean and organised the work area, including sanitising surfaces and utensils regularly.
-Serve customers efficiently, providing friendly and professional assistance at the counter.
-Manage multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
-Upsall additional menu items to enhance customer experience and maximise sales opportunities.
-Follow all health and safety regulations diligently, including proper handling of food products and preparation of sandwiches for allergies.
-Assist with stock replenishment, orders and inventory checks as required.
Experience
-Previous experience in deli, hospitality or food industry is required.
-Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods.
-Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour when serving customers.
-Kitchen or culinary experience will be considered an advantage.
-Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

-English required
-Italian highly evaluated
