Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Handyman/woman to join our team! Responsibilities
- Perform carpentry tasks such as repairing doors, windows, cabinetry, and framing projects with precision and care.
- Conduct roofing repairs or maintenance to prevent leaks and extend roof lifespan.
- Carry out construction painting projects to refresh surfaces and improve visual appeal.
- Operate hand tools and power tools efficiently for various repair and installation tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and prioritize repairs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience trades such as carpentry
- Strong knowledge of hand tools and power tools operation with safety awareness.
- Ability to perform fabrication tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges.
- Physical dexterity and stamina to perform manual labor in various environments.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and report on maintenance activities.
