Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A valid NMC registration with no restrictions.
- A minimum of 6 months' recent NHS experience as a Registered General Nurse.
- An Enhanced DBS registered on the DBS Update Service.
- Up-to-date mandatory online training.
- Current practical mandatory training, including all relevant clinical competencies.
- The right to work in the UK.
- Excellent communication and clinical skills.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Administer medications in accordance with NMC guidelines and local policies.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Adhere to NHS policies, infection prevention procedures, and safeguarding standards.
