Role and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Multi-Department Support Agent to join our Head Office team. This is a varied and fast-paced role providing administrative and operational support across multiple functions, including Compliance, Customer Relations, Quality Assurance, and other key Head Office departments.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working across different teams to ensure high standards, efficiency, and excellent service delivery.
- Provide administrative and coordination support across Compliance, Customer Relations, and Quality Assurance functions
- Assist with monitoring and maintaining regulatory and internal compliance requirements
- Support customer relations activity, including handling queries, tracking feedback, and ensuring timely resolutions
- Contribute to quality assurance processes, including audits, reporting, and continuous improvement activities
- Prepare reports, maintain accurate records, and manage departmental documentation
- Support internal communications and coordination between Head Office teams
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices
- Undertake additional tasks to support wider Head Office operations as required.

No prior insurance knowledge is required - we provide comprehensive training from day one, with everything you need to be able to succeed in your role.

Required Skills:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work across different departments effectively
- A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion
- Experienced in administrative or support roles (experience in compliance, customer service, or QA is desirable but not essential)
Schedule:
We have a variety of shift patterns which all require evening and/or weekend commitment, the main shift patterns you will work are:
- Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm
Additional hours and flexibility required during peak periods (weekend work may be required dependant on the team you will work in).
Location:
One Call Insurance Services, First Point, Balby Carr Bank, Doncaster DN4 5JQ (on bus route, approx. 1 mile from town centre)

This is an office-based role.
