We're looking for a Hospitality& Events Supervisor to join our team and help deliver outstanding hospitality experiences across a wide range of events, from sporting fixtures and school celebrations to conferences, summer programmes and commercial events.
What You Will Do

Oversee the replenishment of food and maintain clean, organised service areas to a high standard

Support the preparation, presentation, and service of food in line with Sodexo’s quality expectations

Assist with stock rotation, labelling, and food safety compliance

Provide warm, professional customer service to students, staff, and visitors

Work collaboratively with the wider catering team to ensure smooth daily operations

Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures, contributing to a safe working environment
What You Bring
-
Experience working in a busy kitchen or catering environment, ideally serving large numbers
-
Ability to follow recipes, portion guidelines, and food presentation standards

A positive, reliable, and professional approach to teamwork

Understanding of food safety, allergen awareness, and hygiene practices
-
Confidence working under pressure during busy service periods

Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer‑focused attitude

Basic food handling certifications, such as:
-
NVQ Level 2
-
Level 2 Food Safety Certificate
-
At least one year of hands‑on catering or kitchen experience (Training in Food Hygiene and Health & Safety is provided)
