Responsibilities
- Rent and manage your designated salon chair within the shared space, providing personalized beauty services to clients.

- Perform a variety of beauty treatments such as haircuts, styling, coloring, eyelash extensions, and makeup application with professionalism and precision.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue opportunities.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in your work area to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Communicate effectively with clients to schedule appointments, discuss desired outcomes, and provide aftercare advice.
- Mentor junior team members or apprentices when appropriate, sharing expertise to foster growth within the salon community.
Requirements
- Proven experience in salon services such as barbering, hairstyling, makeup application, or eyelash extensions.
