Chief of Staff
Part-Time | Volunteer (2 Days Per Week) | London EC4
Help Build One of London’s Most Ambitious Missions to End Homelessness
We are a newly established Community Interest Company (CIC) currently progressing through the second stage of our Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) application.
Our mission is simple but ambitious: to help eradicate homelessness in London through innovation, research, strategic partnerships and long-term transformation.
Our work is rooted in lived experience. Our founder spent 253 nights experiencing homelessness between July 2025 and February 2026, conducting real-time research while living within the system. That experience now shapes everything we are building.
We believe homelessness is a challenge that can be solved when the right organisations, funding, data and people work together.
About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Chief of Staff to serve as the Founder’s principal strategic partner. This is a unique opportunity to help build an institution from the ground up while working directly alongside the Founder & CEO.
This is a volunteer position at this stage. As a newly established organisation, we are not yet able to offer a salary while we build our funding base. We are seeking someone who can commit approximately two days per week and who is excited by the opportunity to help create a world-class institution with long-term social impact.
