Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assembly Operative (Electronics) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various final assembly and QA processes. This full-time, office-based role is suited to an organised and methodical individual, with good manual dexterity and an ability to follow procedures and instructions accurately and consistently. No previous experience or qualifications are required.
Duties
- Assemble electronic products using hand tools, power tools, following detailed work instructions
- Conduct quality checks during assembly to ensure components are correctly installed and meet specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored after use
- Document production activities accurately, including any issues encountered or deviations from standard procedures
Experience
- Competence with hand tools, power tools, and use of a Windows PC will be an advantage
- Experience in any QA / assembly / production environment will also be an advantage
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance during assembly and QA processes
- Comfortable working with small components and using precision tools effectively
- Prior experience in electronics assembly or manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory; a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are essential
