Customer Service Supervisor
This is a Full Time, Permanent position, working 38 hours per week (including alternate weekends).
Salary will be up to £13.46 per hour.
About the Role
You will be supporting management and supervising the department through its people to deliver excellent customer service and high-quality store presentation.
Key responsibilities include dealing with direct and indirect customer enquiries at our customer service desk and supervising the running of the department. You will also be required to work in our cash office, including the reconciliation of all monies and other till transaction information. Previous Customer Service experience is essential for this key ‘customer facing’ position. The ideal candidate will have solid communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, energetic personality and the ability to perform under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing sales at the till point and demonstrating effective upselling
- Efficiently and proactively supporting with customer enquiries
- Cash Handling, daily reconciliation and banking, and the ability to demonstrate strong numerical skills
- Pro-actively supervising the department
- Supervising operation performance of the department against key performance indicators
- Ensuring all security procedures are adhered to
- Able to work calmly under pressure
- General Housekeeping duties
