Simba Courier Logistics Ltd is a well-established, Glasgow-based courier service delivering in the Ayrshire area for the biggest eCommerce platform on the planet!
Drivers will report daily to our DXG2 depot in Baillieston, Glasgow, where each shift starts and ends at the depot. Deliveries are made to the Ayrshire area. Early start times, 6 or 9 hour work day. We are a weekend and week day operation.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous delivery experience preferred (e.g. Royal Mail, Asda, Tesco, Amazon, Evri, Yodel, DPD, DX)
- Full UK or EU driving licence
- Maximum 6 penalty points (no CD, DR, DG, IN or TT codes)
- Must be at least 21 years old (insurance requirement)
- Proof of Right to Work
- Ability to pass a DBS check
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
- Flexible and able to follow instructions
- Good level of fitness
- Safe and careful driving
- Confident using a smartphone or willing to learn
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery van for multi-drop deliveries
- Plan and follow routes to ensure timely deliveries
- Load and unload parcels (including heavy lifting when required)
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Follow all road safety laws and company procedures
Other Information.
We support you through the whole process of setting up as a driver. You will be your own boss.
As a driver, you simply turn up 30 minutes before departure, load your van, and then head out on your delivery route. It’s that simple!
You will use a hand-held device that guides you through your route and helps track your progress throughout the day.
Rate: £643.5-£922.20 per week
The onboarding process can begin immediately after a successful first interview. A swift and assured response to our ad can see you on the road in 1-2 weeks or less.
