PROCESS OPERATOR
The Role - As a Process Operator, you will:
- Prepare and set up production equipment and support the operating of tufting machines safely and efficiently
- Carry out quality checks and maintain high production standards
- Follow health & safety procedures at all times
- Work collaboratively with your team to meet production targets
- Take part in training and continuous improvement activities
Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £13.14 per hour with additional Shift Premium of £1 per hour
- Hours: 45 hours per week
- Mon–Wed: 8:00pm – 8:00 am
- Thurs: 8:00pm – 5:00am
- Overtime may be required
- Holidays: 6 weeks per year Pension: 3% employer contribution
- Training: Full training provided + development programme to support gaining qualifications

What We’re Looking For
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred, but not essential (training provided)
- Good attention to detail and focus on quality
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work overtime when required
- Ability to perform manual tasks in a factory environment (standing, lifting, handling materials)
