The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Orthodontic Therapist to join our Waterlooville practice for 1 to 2 days per week, working closely under prescription with our leading Invisalign Provider, Dr Usha Ramjas.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking practice where Invisalign and advanced care are central to our offering, while also allowing you to undertake a full range of duties within your scope of practice.
You’ll be working in a beautifully designed practice, equipped with the latest dental technologies, alongside a highly experienced and collaborative clinical and support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver orthodontic treatment under prescription, ensuring excellent patient care and comfort
- Support Invisalign workflows using advanced digital technology
- Educate patients on treatment plans, oral health, and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records
- Work collaboratively with dentists, clinicians, and support staff
- Ensure full compliance with CQC, HTM, and health & safety standards
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and patient-centred clinic environment
What We’re Looking For
- GDC-registered Orthodontic Therapist
- Experience working under prescription, ideally including Invisalign cases
- Confident, compassionate communicator with excellent chairside manner
- Comfortable using digital dentistry systems (e.g. imaging, scanning)
- Team-oriented, reliable, and committed to high clinical standards
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
