Job Title: Emergency Response Plumber (4 On / 4 Off Shift)

About the Role
We are currently looking for two reliable and skilled plumbers to join our team, covering the Bedfordshire surrounding areas This role involves working on a back-to-back shift pattern (4 days on, 4 days off) providing essential services on a home emergency contract.
As an Emergency Response Plumber, you will attend domestic properties to diagnose and repair urgent plumbing issues, ensuring customers receive a fast, professional, and high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to emergency plumbing call-outs in domestic properties
- Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs (leaks, burst pipes, blockages, etc.)
- Deliver excellent customer service in high-pressure situations
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with industry standards
- Maintain accurate job records and reports
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth service delivery
Requirements
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Clear DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Proven experience in domestic plumbing, ideally in an emergency or reactive environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, including weekends
