About the Role
We are looking for a vibrant, experienced, and enthusiastic Front of House Receptionist to join our team working at our Dorset clinic.
This is a part-time, maternity cover role working 10 hours per week, and is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting people and thrives in a busy healthcare environment. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a warm, professional, and welcoming experience that reflects the values of Six Physio.
What You'll Be Doing
Your role will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities, including:
- Assisting patients with enquiries and appointment bookings.
- Providing a warm and professional welcome both in person and over the telephone.
- Managing email enquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Ensuring clear communication and handovers to covering administrative staff.
- Liaising between patients and physiotherapists to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Supporting Practice Managers and Clinic Directors as required.
- Delivering a first-class customer service experience at every patient interaction.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive and welcoming experience that reflects the values of Six Physio.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous Front of House or Reception experience (preferred).
- Possesses excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Is confident using IT systems.
- Takes initiative and works proactively.
- Brings positivity, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for helping people.
- Enjoys working as part of a supportive and friendly team.
Full training will be provided over a two-week induction period.
