Position Overview:
As a Graphic Designer at Print Bureau Team, you'll be an essential part of our mission to provide clients with striking visual materials. You'll work closely with our clients to bring their ideas to life, creating designs that make a real impact. This role demands an enthusiastic, adaptable and highly creative individual with a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and objectives.
- Conceptualise and create visually appealing and effective designs.
- Use industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to craft outstanding visuals.
- Optimise and format designs for various print materials.
- Ensure all designs are print-ready and align with brand guidelines.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment by juggling multiple design projects and meeting strict deadlines.
Must have Skills:
- A strong portfolio showcasing your creative design skills.
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent written, communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on quality and precision.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to prioritise and manage your own workload with multiple projects at once
Desirable:
- Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a print or design company.
- An understanding of print production processes
- Experience using data merge
- Previous experience creating GIFs
- Knowledge of mail chimp is a bonus
