This is a maternity role until September 2027 that could potentially convert to a permanant role for the right candidate.
SO Aesthetics Worcester are looking for a highly motivated and driven Laser Therapist with a passion for skin. This role will include alternate weekend work to include two late nights till 8pm.
The candidate must be able to demonstrate a high standard of professionalism and attention to detail, be friendly and enthusiastic and enjoy building relationships with clients. The candidate must be passionate about skincare, self motivated and work well as part of a team.
Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the day to day consultations and the delivery of skin and laser services.
- Proactively maintain regular engagement with patients and develop a growing clientele.
- Responsible and accountable for individual performance and for exceeding targets of all required metrics.
- The continuous implementation of operational best practice
- Patient consultation, assessment and diagnosis
- Creating treatment plans
- Patient education
- Communication of patient consent
- Corresponding with patients following completion of consultation to provide summary
- Providing treatment
- Documenting of all treatments in line with clinical standards
- Maintaining clinical environment, adhering to health and safety policies
- Be creative on company social media
The right candidate will receive extensive training in Laser Hair removal and other skin treatments. Prior knowledge/training on ZO and Obagi skincare/Hydrafacial, micro-needling, laser skin treatments and Laser Hair Removal is desirable.
