The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of your market and drive lettings business growth in Bracknell. As a Senior Lettings Client Manager, you will play a vital role in securing new instructions, increasing market share, and delivering outstanding service to clients. You will thrive on generating opportunities, growing the business, and working as part of a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate valuations and secure new instructions to grow our lettings portfolio.
- Enhance Bridges' profile and brand within the local market.
- Follow structured processes and systems to achieve business objectives and KPIs.
- Work collaboratively with the Bracknell team to challenge for the top market position.
- Drive office turnover and profit by executing our strategic plans.
- Manage client relationships to ensure smooth and successful tenancies.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to landlords, tenants, and key local contacts.
- Progress towards becoming an Executive Client Manager by consistently exceeding expectations.
- Maintain professionalism, personal presentation, and communication standards.
- Contribute to marketing efforts, including canvassing, touting, and local networking.
- Refer clients to our financial services and conveyancing partners.
- Work closely with the sales team to expand our landlord client base.
About You:
- Proven experience in lettings or estate agency, with a strong track record of securing instructions and closing deals.
- Ambitious, results-driven, and eager to progress in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Passionate about property, building relationships, and achieving targets.
- Full UK driving licence (manual or automatic) with business insurance for your vehicle.
Salary OTE: £50,000+
