We are looking for a Deputy Manager for our branch in Gillingham Somerset to work alongside with the Manager in order to ensure high levels of person centred care is delivered to our clients and ensure independence is promoted at all times.
Working directly with the Manager for the area, you will provide support and guidance to our junior carers, helping them to develop in their roles. You will also ensure the high levels of care and support are being met in the community and ensure care plans, reviews and assessments are up to date.
Previous experience in adult health and social care required.
NVQ Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care Adults
