We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Stylist to join our team in delivering exceptional hairdressing services and customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for the hairdressing industry, and the ability to work independently and deliver high levels of customer service.
Duties
- Maintain a full column of clients
- Mentor and guide junior stylists in various hairdressing services including cutting and colour techniques.
- Assist front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored hairdressing solutions.
- Implement upselling strategies to enhance service offerings and increase salon revenue.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting salon environment that reflects our brand values.
- Monitor inventory levels of products and supplies.
Experience
- Proven experience in a senior stylist role or a stylist looking to make the move to senior stylist.
- Strong background in customer service with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
- At least 2 years shop floor experience, with cutting, colouring and styling to a high standard.
- Familiarity with front desk operations, including appointment scheduling software.
- Knowledge of all hairdressing techniques.
