At Trinity, we have exceptionally high expectations, a strong sense of community and a deep commitment to belonging, inclusion and academic excellence. Working closely with the Maths team, the successful candidate will identify and mentor targeted students, deliver small-group teaching, manage our online tutoring programme, and support students both in and out of the classroom to help them achieve their very best.
We are seeking applications from colleagues who:
- are confident using assessment data to identify and address gaps in students' mathematical knowledge and skills
- are able to motivate and encourage students, building their confidence and resilience as learners
- are able to work independently, managing their own workload and meeting deadlines without close supervision
- are confident, professional communicators, able to liaise with students, families and teachers
- are values driven, reflective, and aligned with Trinity's ethos and culture
In return, we offer:
- A supportive, collaborative team culture
- A strong commitment to professional development at every stage
- Talented colleagues and enthusiastic students
- Financial Support for Career development*
- A fully funded private healthcare package
- Subsidised rates in our on-site gym
