We are seeking a hard working, motivated, energetic and bashful Salon Assistant / Assistant Manger to join our family orientated, well-established, and highly regarded salon. Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior stylists and beauticians in their daily duties
- Confident telephone manners
- Taking Bookings and doing phone duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure an outstanding client experience
- Promote and upsell salon products and services
- Assist with front desk duties, taking bookings correctly and inputting them into the computer system
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming salon environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members is a must
- Previous front desk or customer-facing experience
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Confidence in recommending and upselling products and services
- Understanding of basic store or salon operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for the hair and beauty industry
