Mobility Delivery Driver
Location: Stafford
Hours: 3 days per week initially, with the opportunity for more
Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
Pay: £13.50 per hour

We are looking for a Mobility Delivery Driver to join our team and play an important role in delivering mobility products directly to our customers.
This is much more than simply dropping off a delivery. You will be the face of our business at the point of delivery, making sure customers receive their product safely, understand how to use it and have a fantastic experience.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and preparing mobility products at our warehouse ready for delivery.
- Carrying out thorough quality checks before products leave the warehouse.
- Completing quality inspection sheets accurately.
- Loading and unloading mobility products safely using ramps.
- Delivering mobility scooters, wheelchairs and other mobility products to customers’ homes.
- Setting up and demonstrating products to customers.
- Explaining how products work and answering customer questions.
- Making sure customers are confident using their new product before you leave.
- Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers.
- Encouraging customers to leave reviews following a great delivery experience.
- Reporting any product, delivery or customer issues back to the relevant team.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in their work.
- Is physically fit and able to load, unload and build mobility products.
- Is comfortable using ramps and handling larger/heavier products safely.
- Has a friendly, professional and approachable manner.
- Has excellent customer service skills and genuinely enjoys helping people.
- Is confident demonstrating products and answering customer questions.
- Is reliable, organised and able to work independently.
- Takes pride in representing the company and delivering a first-class customer experience.
- Is flexible and willing to work additional days when required.
- Holds a full UK driving licence.
