- Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager within a domiciliary care service
- A strong working knowledge of CQC regulations, Fundamental Standards and Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs) (or equivalent current inspection framework)
- Proven experience leading and developing care teams
- A passion for delivering outstanding, person-centred care
- Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills
- Experience supporting people with complex care needs is highly desirable, particularly acquired or traumatic brain injuries

About the Role
As our CQC Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the safe, effective and compliant delivery of care across our domiciliary service.
You'll lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional person-centred care while ensuring the service meets all regulatory requirements and continues to achieve the highest standards of quality.
Working closely with our Operations Team, you'll help drive service improvement, support staff development and ensure every client receives outstanding care that promotes independence, dignity and quality of life.
Our service primarily supports people living with acquired and traumatic brain injuries, so experience within complex care would be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the domiciliary care service
- Ensure safe, high-quality, person-centred care is delivered to every client
- Develop, implement and regularly review individual care plans alongside clients, families and healthcare professionals
- Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and all relevant legislation
- Oversee medication management processes and ensure safe administration practices
- Recruit, mentor and develop care staff in partnership with the Operations Team
- Conduct supervision meetings, appraisals and ongoing performance management
- Promote a positive culture built on compassion, respect, accountability and continuous improvement
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, commissioners, local authorities and regulatory bodies
- Monitor quality, identify areas for improvement and implement service development initiatives
About You
You'll be a confident, compassionate leader who enjoys developing teams and delivering exceptional care.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience managing multidisciplinary care teams
- Knowledge of complex care and person-centred support planning
- Experience overseeing medication management and clinical governance processes
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach
A nursing background would be advantageous but is not essential.

Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
