Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Shop Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting various preparing stock for the shop, assisting customers, and maintaining an organised workspace. The ideal candidate will have a passion for high level customer service, with a keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills. Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection and provide information on any customer queries
- Prepare stock for the shop including rolls, breakfast and any other prep work.
- Serve customers to a high level of customer service
- Ensure the shop environment remains clean, organised, and welcoming for clients and visitors
Requirements
- Experience in hospitality or similar is preferred
- Fluent in English
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour when engaging with customers
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
