What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing high-quality, person-centred care
- Supporting with daily routines, activities, and personal care
- Promoting independence, dignity, and choice
- Driving residents to appointments and outings using a company vehicle
- Building positive, trusted relationships with service users
- Completing accurate care records
What We’re Looking For
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Confidence driving residents in a company vehicle
- A caring, patient, and reliable approach
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and shifts
Care experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
