Project Administrator – Medical Devices
Location: Evergreen Venture Park, 4 & 5, Barton Rd, Wisbech PE13 4TP.
Salary: £26,000 to 29,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job Description
As project administrator, you will help manage and deliver the administrative aspects of a large number and variety of projects, within the medical device division. Liaising with the wider FRP team, including quality and logistics, you will be an integral link within the project management team and wider business.
This role is advertised for an immediate start.
What you will need to bring to the party
· Tenacity to carry our tasks to completion, accurately within tight deadlines.
· Ability to work alone and as part of a larger team.
· Awareness of workload and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
· An effective and confident communicator, happy to talk to all levels.
· Proficiency within Microsoft office packages, (particularly word and excel).
· Attention to detail, ensuring tasks are fully complete and accurate.
· Experience of working within the Medical Device and or Automotive industry would be advantageous.
Responsibilities (But not limited to).
· Completion of administrative project tasks, in line with the FRP project responsibilities checklist.
· Working closely with the project management team and wider FRP teams, facilitating progression of projects and accuracy of documentation.
· Updating FRP systems in line with project updates.
· Receiver of new FRP RFQ’s (Request for Quotation) and triaging appropriately.
· Sending project updates to customers as advised by the project manager.
· Updating customer contact information, within CRM system to ensure accuracy.

Pay: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
