Are you an experienced maintenance engineer or supervisor, looking to join an established manufacturer in a Monday – Friday role offering training, regular overtime and clear routes to progression?
Are you looking for a varied, hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where you will manage daily maintenance operations for a small team, whilst remaining hands on?
This is a great opportunity to work for a reputable company that have undergone steady growth for a number of years and have made significant investment in new factory machinery.
They are looking for a senior maintenance engineer/team leader to provide hands on maintenance operations, drive performance within the team, contribute to continuous improvement and take ownership of the CMMS.
You will be managing a small but established engineering team, and will be provided with an individualised, structured training plan.
This role would suit a shift lead, supervisor or an experienced engineer looking to make a step up and join a growing, established manufacturing company offering training, overtime and day to day variety as well as an excellent earning potential.
The Role:
- Senior Maintenance Engineer / Team Leader
- Hands on machinery maintenance
- Manage day to day maintenance on shift
- Take ownership of CMMS and drive CI
- Oversee and develop the PPM schedule
The Candidate:
- Experienced maintenance engineer or shift leader
- Competent user of CMMS Software
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and TPM
- Leadership skills
