Tenant Liaison Officer

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Tenant Liaison Officer to support the delivery of planned maintenance and improvement works across Falkirk Council properties.
In this key customer-facing role, you will be the main point of contact for residents, ensuring they are kept informed, supported, and engaged throughout the works. You will play a vital role in building trust, managing expectations, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout planned works
- Communicate project updates, arrange appointments, and issue notifications
- Build positive relationships and deliver high-quality customer care
- Support vulnerable residents and consider individual needs
- Handle enquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution
- Liaise closely with operational teams to minimise disruption
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
- Monitor feedback and support continuous service improvement
About You
- Experience in a customer-facing role is essential
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage a varied workload and work across multiple teams
- Professional, positive, and solution-focused approach
- Experience working with vulnerable customers is desirable
- Good IT skills and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence is essential
