As part of our growth, we are looking for a Barista / Sales Assistant to join our team and help deliver a smooth, indulgent and memorable in-store experience at every service.
You will play a key role in welcoming customers, taking orders, preparing drinks and cookies, and keeping the store running smoothly day to day.
We are looking for someone dynamic, organised and customer-focused, able to perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

What you'll do
- Welcome and advise customers, present the products and suggest relevant upselling opportunities
- Take orders (dine-in, takeaway, delivery) and handle payments
- Prepare and bake cookies according to technical recipes, ensuring consistent quality
- Prepare hot and cold beverages at the barista station (coffee, milk, iced drinks, etc.)
- Manage stock replenishment and keep the workstation clean and organised
- Apply hygiene and food safety rules (HACCP) and take part in opening/closing routines
- Represent the Puffy Cookies image and standards every day
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality or customer service is appreciated
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Team-oriented, reliable and punctual mindset
- Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
- Attention to detail and organisation
- Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP is a plus)
- Positive energy, motivation and desire to contribute to an ambitious team
