The Ruby Supper Club is looking for experienced waiting staff to join our team for an exclusive private dining event on Saturday 22nd August, with opportunities to join future events.
You must:
- Have a minimum of 2 years’ waiting experience in a busy restaurant, hotel, wedding venue or private dining environment.
- Be confident running your own section independently.
- Take ticket food orders accurately and provide exceptional customer service.
- Use initiative and remain calm under pressure.
- Have a warm, professional and energetic personality.
- Be local to Dorking or the surrounding area, or have reliable transport.
- We are not walkable from the station!
This is a premium dining experience, so we’re looking for people who genuinely enjoy hospitality and take pride in delivering outstanding service.

Future work available for the right people. MUST HAVE RESTAURANT TICKET EXPERIENCE.
Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
