Job Overview
We are seeking skilled 2nd fixer's to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in joinery and construction. These roles are subcontract, paid weekly, working for a well known, trusted, local Company on new home building sites within a 50 mile radius of Spalding. You must have your own transport and tools, be CSCS and CIS registered.
Duties
As a Carpenter, your responsibilities will include:
- Fabricating and assembling wooden structures and fixtures according to specifications
- Performing tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Utilising hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Conducting heavy lifting as part of various tasks
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Experience
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in carpentry
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety practices in construction
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team environment
