Welcome to the new, exciting and emerging Clinical Trials Team – an innovative and exciting team at the heart of Healthcare Development. Our team’s focus is to work with 3rd party sponsors to bring clinical research into the community, driving pace and innovation.

Coordinate the delivery and implementation of clinical trial and healthcare development projects, ensuring milestones, timelines, and objectives are achieved.

Build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders and third-party partners to support successful project outcomes.

Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, trackers, and support governance records.

Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and actions, ensuring appropriate escalation and resolution.

Support operational readiness and in-store deployment activities to ensure projects are successfully embedded into business-as-usual operations.

Produce regular project updates, reports, and performance insights to support decision-making and stakeholder communications.

Coordinate cross-functional activities, meetings, and workshops to ensure alignment across project teams.

Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and contribute to continuous operational improvement.

Experience coordinating projects, programmes, or operational initiatives from planning through to implementation.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.

Proven ability to build effective relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver successful project outcomes.

Experience monitoring project plans, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring appropriate follow-up and resolution.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear updates, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Experience supporting operational rollouts, implementations, or change initiatives within a customer-facing environment.

Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

Experience working in a healthcare, pharmacy, life sciences or a related sector.

Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2.

Experience supporting clinical research, healthcare projects, operational change programmes, or regulated environments.
