Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional service. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills within the hospitality industry, including catering, serving, and food safety. Previous restaurant and/or barista experience is essential. All roles are paid positions, whether part-time or full-time.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and manage reservations efficiently
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and resolve any issues promptly
- Support bar operations, including serving drinks and managing stock levels when needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver a seamless dining experience
Requirements
- Previous experience in catering, serving or hospitality is essential
- Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends and evenings if required
- A positive attitude with a keen interest in delivering outstanding customer service
- Barista experience is advantageous but not mandatory
