Duties
- Deliver engaging presentations to clients, showcasing software solutions and demonstrating their benefits clearly and confidently
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business challenges and craft customized IT solutions using cloud platforms such as AWS (Amazon Web Services) and Azure
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, offering technical guidance, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, proposals, and project progress using Microsoft Office tools like Word and Excel
- Coordinate with internal teams to develop project timelines, manage priorities effectively, and ensure timely delivery of solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical workshops to educate clients on software capabilities and integration processes
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in cloud computing, IT infrastructure, and software development
Qualifications
- Proven presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure is highly desirable
- Solid understanding of IT fundamentals, including software development, networking, and cybersecurity principles
- Exceptional organizational skills with effective time management abilities to handle multiple client projects simultaneously
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and continuously expand technical knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
