Duties:
- Perform vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repairs to the highest standards
- Conduct MOT testing and ensure all vehicles meet safety and emissions standards
- Execute routine maintenance including brake work, engine repairs, and parts replacements
- Use diagnostic tools and technical manuals efficiently to identify faults and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver outstanding customer service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workshop
Requirements:
- Qualified to Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester, with a minimum of 4 years in a busy workshop environment
- Valid MOT Tester certification is essential
- Strong diagnostic skills with a keen eye for fault detection
- Ability to produce high-quality work under pressure
- Excellent team player with good communication skills
- Flexible, motivated, and committed to meeting targets and deadlines
