As a Mobile Chef Manager, you will oversee food preparation, ensure food safety standards, and manage a talented team of culinary staff while maintaining high-quality service standards. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the daily operations of mobile food service teams, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
- Oversee food production and preparation, maintaining consistency in taste, presentation, and quality across all locations
- Manage team members by providing coaching, training, and support to foster a motivated and skilled workforce
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and sanitation standards to guarantee safe dining experiences
- Coordinate kitchen activities including cooking, plating, and serving to meet customer expectations
- Develop menus that highlight fresh ingredients and innovative culinary techniques while aligning with brand standards
- Maintain inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and control costs to optimize operational efficiency
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in a culinary or hospitality setting, preferably within restaurant or mobile food service environments
- Extensive kitchen experience with strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices
- Demonstrated team management abilities with a focus on leadership and staff development
- Hands-on experience in food production and serving in fast-paced settings
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and customer service excellence in diverse environments
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing demands while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
