We’re currently seeking a reliable, professional, and friendly Hotel Night Receptionist to be the face of our hotel during the overnight hours. Job Title: Hotel Night Receptionist
Location: Gloucester City Centre
Job Type: 16hrs per week, Maternity Cover
Working Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Salary: £12.30 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-ins and check-outs.
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and handle guest inquiries.
- Ensure the safety and security of the building during night time hours.
- Perform regular walks and safety checks throughout the hotel.
- Handle overnight administrative tasks and prepare reports for the morning team.
- Respond promptly to guest complaints or emergencies with professionalism.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer skills and experience with booking systems .
- Calm and professional demeanour, especially in emergency situations.
- Right to work in United Kingdom.
- Most hold a clean UK Driving Licence
