We are expanding our dedicated team and are looking for compassionate Care Assistants to provide outstanding domiciliary care to our clients in their own homes across Wolverhampton, Walsall, and Stafford. Your Role
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our service users. You will provide personal and emotional support, promote independence, and ensure every client receives the highest standard of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with personal care such as washing, dressing, and grooming
- Supporting with meal preparation, medication prompts, and household tasks
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Helping clients maintain independence and dignity in their own homes
- Accurately recording care notes and reporting any changes in clients’ needs
- Travelling between client visits in your designated area.
What We’re Looking For
- A caring, patient, and reliable nature
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are highly desirable (travel is required between visits)
- Previous experience in care is necessary
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check
