Mobile Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer | £45,000 | Reading
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Service Engineer to join a well-established and growing HVAC team operating across the Reading area.
You will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and fault-finding of air conditioning and refrigeration systems across a range of commercial and industrial sites. This includes offices, schools, hospitals, pharmaceutical environments, food processing facilities, and other varied client locations. The role is predominantly air conditioning with some refrigeration work.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Mobile Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- F-Gas (2079 or equivalent) essential
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) desirable
- Full UK driving licence
- Professional, customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- DBS check required due to client sites
