We require a Nursery Assistant (bank staff) for our setting to cover staff holidays and sickness. The hours will vary each week depending on the needs of the nursery. We offer a full induction, training and support.
Qualities required:
- Experience working with young children from babies up to 4 years
- Motivation and initiative
- Enthusiasm and commitment
- Effective communication skills
- A real desire and capability to achieve the highest standards in childcare
- Ability to work alongside the staff in the day-to-day routine of the setting.
- Commitment to continuous professional development
