Job Overview
We are looking for 2 experienced Housekeepers to join a prestigious 4-star hotel in central London (Park Plaza Westminster Bridge).
This is not a standard cleaning role. It requires attention to aesthetics, detail, and 5-star guest experience. You will be preparing rooms for guests who expect flawless environments.
Requirements (must have):
· Minimum 3 years experience in luxury hotels (4-star or above)
· Experience working with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
· Strong eye for detail – you notice things others miss
· Reliable, punctual, and professional
· Right to Work in the UK
We will NOT consider:
· Candidates without hotel experience
· Candidates with only residential or office cleaning experience
· Candidates who cannot provide references from previous hotel employers
What we offer:
· £15 per hour – well above market rate
· Consistent shifts – 8 hours per day, 6 days per week

Duties
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, suites, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish amenities as required
- Ensure all surfaces, furniture, and fixtures are spotless and well-maintained
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to management
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
- Restock cleaning supplies and organise storage areas efficiently
- Assist with laundry services for guest linens and uniforms
- Provide courteous service to guests, respecting their privacy and preferences
Skills
- Qualifications 3+ years luxury hotel experience
- Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for cleanliness and organisation
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within allocated shifts
- Good communication skills and a professional demeanour
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures is advantageous
- A friendly attitude with a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding hospitality service
Pay: £31,200.00-£37,440.00 per year
