Job Overview
We are looking for 2 experienced Room Attendants / Hotel Housekeepers to join our professional housekeeping team for a prestigious 4-star hotel in the Westminster Bridge area, Central London.
This is not a standard domestic cleaning role. We are looking for candidates with previous hotel housekeeping experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work to high hotel standards in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in hotel housekeeping, ideally in a 4-star or 5-star hotel
- Previous experience as a Room Attendant or Hotel Housekeeper
- Experience following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Good communication skills
- Right to work in the UK
- Professional references from previous hotel employers preferred

Main Duties
- Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, suites, and public areas to high hotel standards
- Make beds professionally and present rooms ready for guest arrival
- Change bed linen, towels, and replenish guest amenities
- Ensure surfaces, furniture, mirrors, and fixtures are spotless and well presented
- Report damages, missing items, or maintenance issues promptly
- Follow housekeeping checklists, SOPs, and supervisor instructions
- Maintain health and safety standards at all times
- Assist with laundry and linen handling where required
- Provide polite and professional service while respecting guest privacy at all times
