Lottery Administration & Customer Service Supervisor - Fixed term for 12 months

Salary: £30,110 per annum

About the Role:
We are looking for a Lottery Administration & Customer Service Supervisor to lead the team in the delivery of our weekly lottery and associated draws, ensuring players receive an excellent customer experience.
If you are a confident, organised and people-focused individual with strong customer service and administration skills, we would welcome your application. You will have had previous experience in managing priorities, using databases and Microsoft Office, and communicating effectively with a wide range of people.
Having an eye for attention to detail, strong numeracy and a proactive attitude will be advantageous, but also having experience of developing processes and being able to support effective ways of working by putting in place lean administrative processes whilst ensuring all transactions are managed within robust financial controls.
An awareness of gambling and fundraising legislation would be beneficial or a willingness to learn in this area, as we would want you to assist with lottery forecasting and budgeting, produce financial reconciliations, and work closely with the Finance Department to support accurate reporting and smooth day-to-day operations.
The role is a fixed term role for a period of 12 months to cover maternity leave.
