We are seeking a skilled Scaffolder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of scaffold construction and safety protocols, ensuring that all scaffolding is erected securely and efficiently. This role requires hands-on experience with various tools and materials, as well as the ability to work collaboratively on construction sites.
Responsibilities
- Construct, erect, and dismantle scaffolding structures according to specifications and safety regulations.
- Perform inspections of scaffolding to ensure structural integrity and compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Assist in training junior scaffold builders or apprentices in best practices and safety measures.
Experience
Part 2 - Part 1 or skilled labourer - card isnt esssential at this moment in time as it is all street work.
- Previous experience in scaffold building or a related construction field is essential.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools is required; familiarity with welding techniques is advantageous.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the construction industry is crucial for this role.
- Driving is a must and must also have a full uk Clean license don’t ring me if you can’t scaffold and if you can’t get to work !!!
