Duties
- Welcome children and families with warmth, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued from the moment they arrive
- Monitor play areas to maintain safety standards, prevent accidents, and respond promptly to any concerns or incidents
- Organize and facilitate engaging activities, games, and events that promote active play and social interaction
- Assist with the cleanliness and organization of the centre, including equipment setup and maintenance
- Support team members in managing daily operations, including scheduling, guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth flow of activities
- Enforce centre policies related to safety, hygiene, and behaviour to uphold a positive environment for all visitors
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a lively atmosphere that encourages children’s creativity and enjoyment
Experience
- Previous experience in management or supervisory roles within hospitality or childcare settings is preferred but not required
- Strong background in guest services with excellent communication skills to engage children and parents effectively
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to play centres or similar recreational facilities
- Experience organizing activities or events that foster teamwork, fun, and community spirit is advantageous

Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
