The opportunity
Brenwood Motor Company is looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician and qualified MOT Tester to join our established workshop team in Kirkcaldy.We are a family-run independent dealership and Approved Suzuki Service Centre. For more than 52 years, we have built our reputation by providing honest advice, high-quality workmanship and dependable service to motorists across Fife.This is a stable, long-term position within a friendly and professional working environment. Main responsibilities
- Carrying out MOT tests to DVSA standards
- Servicing and maintaining a wide range of vehicles
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
- Completing mechanical and electrical repairs
- Preparing vehicles to a consistently high standard
- Accurately recording completed work
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
- Working as part of the wider Brenwood sales and aftersales team
Essential requirements
- Current MOT Tester qualification
- Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician
- Strong servicing, repair and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work accurately and to a high standard
- Reliable and professional approach
- Full UK driving licence
