We are looking for experienced line chefs to join us for the 2026 season here at Ruda.
At Ruda, we operate a busy main kitchen, serving fresh food all day. We also have several food outlets across the park, including a chicken shop, beach-side grill and pizzeria.
As a line chef in one of our kitchens, you’re in charge of a specific section of the kitchen. You'll ensure your area runs smoothly, inspire your team, and uphold our high standards for food quality and service. This is your chance to shine as a leader and a culinary talent within a busy, supportive environment.
This means you’ll:
- Lead your kitchen section: Oversee operations and ensure consistent output from your 'partie'.
- Support kitchen management: Work with the Head and Sous Chef to meet goals and maintain standards.
- Craft exceptional dishes: Cook to our specifications, making sure presentation and portion control are perfect.
- Ensure Standards are met: Maintain a clean kitchen, complete paperwork and drive great standards.
- Manage your station: Handle stock, ensure health and safety, and keep your area pristine. (You'll need a basic Food Hygiene Level 2 qualification for this.. if you dont have one, we can help).
- Step up when needed: Provide confident leadership when Head or Sous Chefs are away.
We have opportunities for chefs and kitchen team in our main kitchen and across our food brands.. and also offer Live-in accommodation for some roles!
Pay: From £13.42 per hour
