Are you passionate about training, change, and delivering excellent customer experiences? We're looking for an ERP Support Officer (Training & Change) to help drive the successful adoption of our ERP systems across Cheshire East and Cheshire West & Chester Councils, schools, and academies.
In this varied role, you'll design and deliver training, create engaging communications, support system improvements, coordinate testing and change activities, and help users get the very best from our ERP applications.
We're looking for someone with experience in training delivery, stakeholder engagement, customer-focused service, and transactional finance, payroll, or ERP-related environments. If you're an excellent communicator who can translate complex information into practical guidance and enjoys working collaboratively to improve services, we'd love to hear from you.
