Workshop Mechanic / Fleet Technician
Location: Husbands Bosworth, Leicestershire
Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 per year + Tax-Free EOT Bonuses (up to £3,600/year)

The Role
We are looking for a hands-on mechanic to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot our fleet of vans and small tractors to keep downtime to a minimum.
Key Duties:
· Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues.
· Conduct routine servicing and preventative maintenance.
· Maintain clear repair records and work collaboratively with the team.
· Perform basic welding or fabrication when needed.
Requirements & Skills
· Proven hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance (vans, light commercial vehicles, or small tractors preferred).
· Strong mechanical knowledge of engines and hydraulic systems.
· MIG welding and fabrication skills (a bonus, but not essential).
· Proactive problem-solving attitude and physical fitness for manual tasks.
· Full UK Driving Licence.
