An exciting new opportunity for the right person. The team member will be actively involved in dealing with patient enquiries, booking and confirming appointments, taking payments plus general administration. The role is permanent, working 3 full days per week (Wed-Fri) and 1 Saturday per month (9.45-1). Please note we will not consider candidates currently in school/college/university.

You need to be:
A calm, kind and compassionate person who can understand our patient’s needs. Either be a fluent English speaker or have great English skills on paper and on the phone. Be flexible and a team player (as friends we cover each other) and have a sense of humour. Be able to take initiative, think outside the box as well as work under guidance. Be able to liaise with all members of staff and the Dentists and be able to communicate with other professionals. Be computer literate. Knowledge of Exact (Software of Excellence) Dental software will be beneficial however not essential as all other systems training will be provided. The Ideal candidate would have some experience as a receptionist in any medical/dental environment.
